Terms & Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&Cs) governing the services provided by I FOR U Insurance Marketing Firm Pvt Ltd (referred to as I FOR U) to you, the customer/client. Please note that these T&Cs are binding and override any prior correspondence on the subject. They may be changed by I FOR U with prior notice. By agreeing to these T&Cs, you also agree to the terms of access to I FOR U’s website.
Services
I FOR U acts as an insurance intermediary, providing information about policies, acting as an employee benefits provider and insurance agent. Services include:

Understanding your requirements for insurance products.

Obtaining product quotes.

Acting on your behalf for product purchases.

Ensuring timely conveyance of policy information.

Providing tech-based services through its website, dashboard, or mobile applications.
Limitation of liabilities and customer responsibilities​
You are responsible for understanding the products you purchase, disclosing all relevant information promptly, and adhering to claim notification and policy terms. I FOR U retains fees and brokerage earned legally and is not liable for losses arising from disclosure of personal banking information.
I FOR U is not liable for any damages resulting from facility use, transaction failures, or third-party services. Premium payment facilities are dependent on third-party server performance, for which I FOR U is not liable.
I FOR U disclaims responsibility for services provided by third parties.
I FOR U’S OBLIGATIONS
I FOR U offers to place policies with authorized insurers but does not guarantee their business standing or solvency. Client information is handled confidentially and in compliance with relevant laws.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 90 days' notice or mutual agreement. I FOR U will assist with ongoing policies until their expiry unless otherwise instructed.

Marketing
You grant iForU permission to use your information for marketing purposes, which can be revoked in writing.

Jurisdiction and governing law
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad, India, and governed by Indian law.
